ZEE’s Parul Goel recognised in prestigious British Asians Power 100 list

Parul Goel, Territory Head – Europe and Chief Financial Officer for international markets at ZEE Entertainment UK Limited, has been recognised at the British Asians Who’s Who Awards 2026, where he received the ‘Outstanding Achievement in Media Award’ and was named among the British Asians Power 100.

The awards, organised by Samara Events, recognise British Asian leaders across industries for their contributions and impact. According to the organisers, the process saw more than 7,000 nominations, with a select group featured in the annual Who’s Who publication. Goel’s professional journey and contributions to the media sector were included among this year’s profiles.

Goel has been associated with ZEE Entertainment for over 18 years, where he has held leadership roles overseeing operations across the UK, Europe, the United States, and Canada. During this time, he has been involved in the company’s international growth strategy, including the expansion of its broadcast portfolio and digital platforms.

Under his leadership, the company has increased its presence across multiple regions, growing its channel offerings while strengthening its digital footprint through the ZEE5 streaming platform. The organisation has also expanded its reach in Europe, where it is positioned as a major player in the Indian media segment.

Speaking following the recognition, Goel described the honour as a milestone in his professional journey and acknowledged the role of colleagues, mentors, and family in contributing to his achievements.

The recognition adds to previous honours received by Goel for his contributions to the media industry, including an award for Distinguished Leadership in Digital Future at the House of Lords.

The awards ceremony brought together professionals from business, media, public service, and the creative industries, highlighting the influence and contributions of the British Asian community in the UK.

Since joining the ZEE Network in 2007, London-based Goel has contributed to the company’s international growth, which has positioned it as the largest Indian media company in Europe.
