Sony TV to replace ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ with ‘Tum Ho Naa’ gameshow
Sony Entertainment Television has confirmed that it will launch its new gameshow ‘Tum Ho Naa’ in the weekday 21:00 slot, replacing ‘Wheel of Fortune’ after a short run.
The programme, hosted by Rajeev Khandelwal, will make its debut on Tuesday 28th April. The show is positioned as an interactive format designed to engage viewers through a blend of strategy, participation and light‑hearted competition.
The channel has recently placed considerable emphasis on non‑fiction programming, with titles such as ‘MasterChef India’, ‘Shark Tank India’, ‘Wheel of Fortune’, and now ‘Tum Ho Naa’ forming a key part of its schedule. Whether this shift towards reality and game‑based content will deliver the ratings boost the broadcaster is aiming for remains to be seen.
