Sooraj Barjatya spills the beans on next film with Salman Khan
Renowned filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya has offered a glimpse into his eagerly awaited next project with Bollywood icon Salman Khan.
Barjatya, known for crafting some of Hindi cinema’s most beloved blockbusters alongside Khan, including ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!’, ‘Hum Saath-Saath Hain’ and ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, revealed that he is currently developing the script for their next collaboration.
Speaking about the film, Barjatya shared, “It will take a little time. We’re working on the story with Salman, but it’s important that the script is age-appropriate.”

He confirmed that the upcoming film will be a quintessential family entertainer, complete with a romantic storyline — true to his signature style. “We’ll be announcing the film soon, probably in November. It’s a family drama and a love story. I feel a sense of responsibility towards giving our audiences the kind of stories we believe in and celebrate.”
Barjatya’s next project ‘Mannpasand Ki Shaadi’ premieres on Colors.
