‘Ramayana Part One’ will release in international cinemas on Friday 6 November 2026, two days ahead of Diwali. The global rollout will be handled by Sony Pictures Entertainment, ensuring a day‑and‑date release across key overseas markets.
The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and Madhu Mantena’s Monster Mind Creations. Dharma Productions will distribute in India, while Sony Pictures will oversee the international release.
The cast includes Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. Music is being composed by A. R. Rahman in collaboration with Hans Zimmer, underlining the film’s global ambition.
