Rajkumar Hirani on ‘3 Idiots’ sequel likely to explore “mid-life crisis”

Rajkumar Hirani has opened up about speculation relating to the sequel of ‘3 Idiots’.

The popular filmmaker said, “I’m still working on that script. There is a lot of work left” and explained that the story is set 15–20 years after the events of the original film. “It’s not about college or anything. They are married and have children now. They are experiencing mid-life crisis, and so we will have to see, now what next?”
