Diljit Dosanjh’s upcoming Punjabi comedy ‘Sardaar Ji 3’ is reportedly facing controversy over the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, following the recent Kashmir attacks, which claimed 26 lives.
Sources indicate that Aamir’s scenes may be removed from the film to prevent potential public backlash. The film also features Neeru Bajwa in a leading role.
Meanwhile, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has reiterated its call for a ban on Pakistani artists in Indian films, citing concerns over national security and public sentiment.
