‘Ramayana’ begins musical campaign with ‘Jai Jai Ram’
The makers of ‘Ramayana’ have launched the film’s musical campaign with the release of its first song, ‘Jai Jai Ram’.
The track has been unveiled on Ganesh Chaturthi, marking the first major musical release from director Nitesh Tiwari’s two-part epic.
‘Jai Jai Ram’ has been composed by A.R. Rahman, with lyrics by Dr Kumar Vishwas and vocals by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal.
The song celebrates Lord Ram and sets the musical tone for the highly anticipated film, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita.

Alongside the song, the makers have also released a new poster featuring Kapoor and Pallavi as Ram and Sita.
‘Ramayana’ is being mounted as a two-part film, with the first instalment scheduled for release in 2027.
The launch of ‘Jai Jai Ram’ marks the beginning of the film’s wider music and promotional campaign ahead of its theatrical release.
