ARY’s Salman Iqbal invites rival broadcasters to join ARY Plus
Salman Iqbal, Founder and CEO of ARY Network, has revealed plans to expand ARY Plus beyond ARY’s own content, inviting rival broadcasters including Hum TV, Geo Entertainment and Green TV to become part of the platform.
Speaking about the future of the streaming service, Iqbal said he wants ARY Plus to evolve into a broader Urdu-language OTT destination rather than remain limited to ARY programming. The vision would see content from across Pakistan’s television industry available on a single platform.
The move could position ARY Plus as a central hub for Pakistani entertainment, bringing together dramas and other programming from multiple broadcasters under one digital roof.
