Anil Kapoor confirmed to host Star Plus’ ‘India Ke Top 1%’
Anil Kapoor has been confirmed as the host of Star Plus’s upcoming reality show, ‘India Ke Top 1%’.
The programme will centre on testing participants’ cognitive abilities, with a focus on logic, reasoning, observation, and decision-making under pressure.
The show is designed to move away from traditional quiz formats that rely on general knowledge and memorisation. Instead, it will present challenges that assess how contestants process information, identify patterns, and respond to time-bound situations.
Commenting on his association with the show, Anil Kapoor stated that the format highlights practical thinking and everyday problem-solving skills. He noted that the show focuses on the application of logic and common sense rather than factual recall, which influenced his decision to take on the role.
