Anil Kapoor to host Indian adaptation of ‘The 1% Club’ for Star Plus
Anil Kapoor is set to host the Indian edition of ‘The 1% Club’ for Star Plus, with production already under way. The actor has reportedly filmed initial promotional material for the series, marking his return to television hosting following his stint on ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’.
The show is being produced by Endemol Shine India, which is adapting the international format for the channel. According to production sources, the team considered several names before finalising Kapoor, noting that they wanted a host who could carry the tone of the format while appealing to a broad audience.
