Zain Imam confirmed for ‘Ishqbaaaz’ entry
With a number of new additions being added to the cast of ‘Ishqbaaaz’, its been confirmed that former ‘Naamkarann’ star, Zain Imam will be stepping into the show, which will impact Shivaay and Annika’s love story.
A new promo of the show was released earlier today, which showed Shivaay’s character, played by Nakuul Mehta, hands being covered in blood stains. Producer Gul Khan confirmed that the Shivaay will be a murder suspect in the latest twist in the show. She told PinkVilla, “Yes, you guess it right. He will be a murder suspect, but the murder’s complications doubles’ if the dead person is found in your own bed !!!!”
She added, “And then what will a wife do when a woman’s dead body is found in her husband’s bed! Yeah, so clearly this track with have huge repercussions on their [Shivika] love story! Now before we assume the worst! Let’s thaw because effect could either be positive or negative!”
About Zain’s entry on the show, Khan said, “Yes, the new character is going to create a huge impact on The Oberois! He is a very powerful character that will not be easily countered by the all mighty Oberoi family!”
