YRF’s ‘Alpha’ records Rs. 30 crore in India within first three days

Alia Bhatt’s action thriller ‘Alpha’ has posted a strong opening at the India domestic box office, collecting Rs. 30.18 crore net over its first three days. Early industry estimates place the film’s gross domestic total at approximately Rs. 36 crore for the same period.

The film opened on Friday with Rs. 9.25 crore net, followed by a notable rise on Saturday to Rs. 11.50 crore net. Sunday saw collections of Rs. 9.43 crore net, bringing the three‑day total to Rs. 30.18 crore net.

Trade analysts report steady footfall across major urban centres, with multiplex occupancy increasing over the weekend. The film’s performance positions ‘Alpha’ as one of the stronger domestic openers for a female‑led action release in recent years.

Further box‑office updates are expected as weekday figures become available.
