Alia Bhatt’s ‘Alpha’ set to hit cinemas one-week earlier than planned
The release of the film ‘Alpha’, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, has been brought forward by one week. The film, originally scheduled for 10 July, will now be released on 3 July. The change follows the decision to move ‘Dhamaal 4’ to 17 July, leaving the earlier date without a major competing title.
A source close to the production said, “With no major release planned for July 3, producer Aditya Chopra felt it was the right date.” A trade analyst noted that the revised schedule provides ‘Alpha’ with “two weeks to make the most of an open run,” giving the film a clear window at the box office.
