Sony Pictures Networks India CHRO Manu Wadhwa to transition to Strategy Advisor
Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) today announced that Manu Wadhwa will transition from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) into the role of Strategy Advisor to the company, effective 1 July 2026.
In her new role, Wadhwa will work closely with the leadership team on key strategic priorities, leveraging her deep institutional knowledge and experience in organisational transformation.
Over the past seven years at SPNI, Wadhwa has played a key role in strengthening the company’s people and organisational agenda during a period of significant evolution. She has been instrumental in aligning the people function more closely with business strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and modernising performance and rewards frameworks.
Her contributions have also supported organisational change across phases of growth and transformation, including leadership transitions and structural realignment, while helping build a culture that balances performance with inclusion.
Bringing with her a global perspective shaped through leadership roles at organisations such as GE, American Express, and Coca-Cola, Wadhwa has contributed to shaping SPNI into a more agile and future-ready organisation.
