Reliance & Disney to sign off merger for Star India operations “next week”
Walt Disney Company and Reliance Industries Ltd will reportedly sign a non-binding pact early next week to merge their media operations in India.
Bloomberg reports that the signatures could be exchanged on Monday for the cash-and-stock deal.
The report further states that Ambani will infuse cash to hold at least 51% of the merged entity, while Disney hold on to the rest.
