Radio Apni Awaz & Radio Khushkhabri in breach of Ofcom regulations
Ofcom has found Radio Apni Awaz and Radio Khushkhabri in breach of its rules after both stations failed to submit their Relevant Turnover return for 2025.
They were among 13 licensees that did not provide the required financial information by the deadline, with five later submitting their returns after Ofcom issued a Preliminary View.
Radio Khushkhabri Ltd responded to Ofcom’s findings by thanking the regulator for its Preliminary View and explaining that its accountant had been unavailable. The station apologised for the delay and confirmed it would update Ofcom once the return had been completed.
