NTV, PBC & ATN Bangla in breach with Ofcom over late licence fee payments

In its latest Broadcast Bulletin, Ofcom has identified four Asian television channels, NTV, Panjab Broadcasting Channel (PBC), ATN Bangla, and Eman Channel, as being in breach of Condition 4(2) of their respective broadcast licences.
These channels were among sixteen licensees who failed to remit their annual licence fees by the stipulated deadline. Although payments were subsequently made following receipt of Ofcom’s Preliminary View, the late submissions nonetheless constituted a breach of regulatory obligations.
