Priyanka Chopra Jonas walks out of Saif Ali Khan and Ritesh Batra’s period drama
Priyanka Chopra Jonas has reportedly exited an upcoming period drama starring Saif Ali Khan and directed by Ritesh Batra, citing scheduling conflicts.
According to Mid-Day, the film began shooting in Mumbai on 21st October, with Saif commencing work on his portions while the makers look for a replacement for Priyanka.
A source quoted by the publication said Priyanka had been keen to work with both Saif and Batra, but her existing commitments made it difficult to accommodate the filming schedule. Attempts to adjust the dates reportedly proved unsuccessful.
