Saif Ali Khan brands doing ‘Cocktail’ an “inevitable mistake”
Saif Ali Khan has described his decision to star in 2012’s ‘Cocktail’ as “100% a mistake”, saying he believed the film’s script was “slightly regressive”.
Speaking to Gulf News, Khan reflected on his decision to take on the role alongside Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty, despite having reservations about the film.
He said, “I did the part because we were producing it; it was an inevitable mistake, 100 per cent that was a mistake, and that was a slightly regressive script choice. Otherwise, it was a breezy, fun entertainer.”
