‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has delivered a historic opening weekend at the Indian box office, amassing a staggering Rs. 384 crore nett, including paid previews. This figure alone surpasses what most major releases manage in an entire week, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
To put the achievement into perspective, even the mighty ‘Pushpa 2’ collected Rs. 360 crore nett in seven days, while among original Hindi films, ‘Pathaan’ reached around Rs. 317 crore nett in its first week. ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has eclipsed both tallies in just three days.
The film’s reach extends beyond Hindi-speaking markets, with an additional Rs. 12 crore nett coming from dubbed versions, pushing the total to nearly Rs. 400 crore nett across all languages. The combined domestic figure so far stands at an extraordinary Rs. 385 crore nett.
