‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ set to beat lifetime business of ‘Pathaan’ in UK

Jio Studios and B62 Studios’ ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, directed by Aditya Dhar, has continued its remarkable box office run, completing over a month in cinemas with an exceptional hold. The spy-action entertainer delivered strong figures through its fifth weekend, taking its total to Rs. 1,153 crore nett in India and Rs. 1,783 crore gross worldwide.

In the United Kingdom, the film has emerged as a major talking point, with a total of £4.374 million to date. It is now on course to surpass the lifetime UK business of ‘Pathaan’ (£4.380 million), the blockbuster led by Shah Rukh Khan, making it one of the highest-grossing Indian films in the market.

The film has also shown impressive consistency overseas, crossing US$45.5 million (Rs. 423 crore). Its fifth weekend alone contributed over US$500K, underlining its sustained appeal among international audiences. Across overseas territories to date, the film has collected US$17.4 million from the USA, US$7.8 million from Canada, US$5.9 million from the UK, US$6.5 million from ANZ markets, and US$7.84 million from the rest of the world, taking the total to US$45.44 million (US$45.5 million / Rs. 423 crore). During the fifth weekend alone, the USA contributed US$190K, Canada US$80K, the UK US$60K, ANZ US$70K, and the rest of the world US$120K, for a combined total of over US$520K.

In India, the film maintained a strong hold during its fifth weekend, collecting Rs. 13.50 crore and taking its domestic total to Rs. 1,153 crore nett (Rs. 1,360 crore gross). The weekend figures comprised Rs. 3.00 crore on Friday, Rs. 5.00 crore on Saturday, and Rs. 5.50 crore on Sunday.

With steady momentum both domestically and internationally, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ continues to set new benchmarks at the global box office and is now within touching distance of rewriting records in the UK market, closing in on ‘Pathaan’.
