Riteish Deshmukh’s ‘Raja Shivaji’ has made an impressive start at the Indian box office, recording a robust opening day.
The film earned Rs. 11.35 crore on its first day, supported by strong occupancy across Maharashtra and the benefit of a public holiday. According to figures reported by Sacnilk, the Marathi version alone collected Rs. 8 crore nett on Friday, placing it at the top of the highest opening‑day totals for a Marathi release. The Hindi version contributed a further Rs. 3.35 crore, bringing the combined total to ₹11.35 crore.
