Yash-starrer ‘Toxic’ set for ZEE5 premiere this week
Yash-starrer ‘Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’ is set to make its digital premiere on ZEE5 this week.
According to reports, the Geetu Mohandas-directed action thriller is expected to begin streaming on 25th September 2026, across multiple languages. The date, however, is yet to be officially confirmed by ZEE5 or the makers.
Set in Goa during the period before its liberation from Portuguese rule, ‘Toxic’ follows Raya, a gangster navigating the region’s criminal underworld, where organised crime, loyalty and betrayal collide. The story also explores his struggle with morality and the possibility of redemption. Yash appears in a dual role as Raya and his son, Ticket.

The film features Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Tovino Thomas, with Nayanthara playing Ganga, Kiara Advani as Nadia, Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth, Tara Sutaria as Rebecca and Rukmini Vasanth as Mellisa.
‘Toxic’ released theatrically on 26th August and marks Yash’s first major release following ‘KGF: Chapter 2’.
