Swara Bhasker, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Karan Patel confirmed for ‘Rise & Fall Season 2’
Prime Video has revealed the first four contestants for the second season of reality format ‘Rise & Fall’, with Swara Bhasker, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Karan Patel confirmed as part of the 15-member line-up.
Hosted by former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, the new season of the reality series is set to launch on 26th September and will unfold over 42 days. The format centres on shifting power dynamics, with contestants moving between the roles of Rulers and Workers as alliances, strategy and competition shape the game.
The newly released promo introduces the first four participants, each bringing a distinct profile to the series. Actress and commentator Swara Bhasker, political spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla, reality television favourite Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and television actor Karan Patel are seen exchanging sharp remarks as they prepare to enter the competition.
Speaking about joining the show, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary said the format offers a fresh challenge compared to her previous reality television experiences, highlighting the unpredictable nature of moving between positions of power and influence during the competition.
Swara Bhasker said the show’s mix of differing personalities, perspectives and strategy would create compelling dynamics, adding that she was looking forward to seeing how relationships and rivalries develop throughout the season.

Meanwhile, Karan Patel described the show as an opportunity to step away from scripted entertainment and test himself in a highly competitive environment where decisions and adaptability play a crucial role.
Shehzad Poonawalla said the format reflected many of the ups and downs he has experienced throughout his personal and professional journey, adding that the programme would offer an interesting insight into how strangers form alliances and compete for influence within the game.
