The mandate has been launched under the leadership of Gaurav Banerjee, SPNI’s newly appointed CEO and Managing Director, signalling a renewed focus on agility, innovation, and long-term sustainability. As the company adapts to the evolving demands of India’s dynamic media landscape, the audit will help refine workflows and align teams more closely with SPNI’s future vision.
Global consultancy Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has been appointed to lead the audit, bringing its expertise in organisational transformation and strategic planning to the process. The review is expected to assess existing structures and recommend improvements that support growth and responsiveness in a rapidly shifting entertainment ecosystem.
