Kaashvi Hiranandani apologises after confronting ScoutOP over Love Gill’s closeness on ‘Bigg Boss 20’
Kaashvi Hiranandani has apologised after facing backlash over her remarks about Love Gill during a confrontation with boyfriend ScoutOP on ‘Bigg Boss 20’.
Kaashvi appeared on the latest ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode, hosted by Rohit Shetty, where she questioned Scout, whose real name is Tanmay Singh, over his physical closeness with Love inside the house.
Taking a sarcastic dig at their interactions, Kaashvi asked Scout how his “massage parlour” was going, referring to instances in which he had massaged Love’s feet, hands and neck.
She also questioned Love about whether she behaved similarly with her other brothers before turning her attention to Scout. Kaashvi expressed her displeasure at his comparison between the care he received from Love and that of his girlfriend, urging him to establish boundaries and distance himself from the contestant.
Scout maintained that his bond with Love was sibling-like, while Love explained that the massages were intended to help with her physical discomfort. Host Rohit Shetty had also questioned their on-screen interactions during the preceding episode.
Kaashvi issues an apology
Following criticism of her remarks, Kaashvi addressed the controversy through an Instagram Story on Monday.

She said her intention had been to question Scout over what she believed were his mistakes and hold him accountable, but acknowledged that some of her comments had been insensitive towards others involved.
Kaashvi added that her emotions did not give her the right to judge another person’s intentions or character. She also clarified that she had never intended to direct hate towards another woman or encourage people to target her.
Admitting that social media commentary had influenced her judgement, Kaashvi said she should have known better and apologised to those she had hurt.
The controversy has also prompted a response from Love’s team, which criticised the remarks made against her and raised concerns about the impact on her reputation.
The dispute has brought Scout and Love’s relationship under renewed scrutiny, despite both continuing to describe their bond as sibling-like.
