FWICE bans Ranveer Singh over ‘Don 3’ dispute

Ranveer Singh has been banned by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) following a dispute related to ‘Don 3’.

The action comes after filmmaker Farhan Akhtar and Excel Entertainment raised concerns over the actor’s exit from the project. According to reports, the production house informed FWICE about financial and scheduling losses linked to the development.

FWICE has directed its members to refrain from professional cooperation with Ranveer Singh until the matter is resolved. The decision effectively places a ban on the actor’s professional engagements involving FWICE-affiliated workers and technicians.

Neither Ranveer Singh nor his representatives have issued a public statement on the matter so far. FWICE has also not shared additional details beyond the reported directive.

‘Don 3’ was announced with Ranveer Singh taking over the lead role in the franchise previously headlined by Shah Rukh Khan. The project remains one of the most anticipated upcoming Hindi films.
