First teaser unveiled of Shraddha Kapoor’s next ‘Eetha’
Maddock Films has released the first-look teaser for ‘Eetha’, unveiling Shraddha Kapoor in the role of Vithabai Narayangaonkar, the celebrated Tamasha and Lavani performer. It mark the beginning of the film’s promotional campaign and offer the first visual interpretation of the character’s life and legacy.
The images present Kapoor in traditional performance attire, signalling the film’s focus on Vithabai’s artistic journey and the cultural world she shaped. The teaser was shared simultaneously by Maddock Films and Kapoor across social platforms, confirming the studio’s intention to position the project as one of its key releases of the year.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, ‘Eetha’ also features Randeep Hooda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in principal roles. The film traces the life of Vithabai Narayangaonkar, whose contribution to Tamasha and Lavani performance traditions remains influential in Maharashtra’s cultural history.
