Dharma Productions’ ‘Sarzameen’ featuring Ibrahim Ali Khan & Kajol to premiere on JioHotstar
Dharma Productions has officially confirmed that its highly anticipated patriotic drama ‘Sarzameen’ will premiere exclusively on JioHotstar from 25th July 2025.
Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Kajol, and Ibrahim Ali Khan, ‘Sarzameen’ promises a powerful narrative centred on themes of duty, sacrifice and national pride. The streaming announcement was accompanied by a promotional video featuring the tagline, “Sarzameen ki salamati se badhkar kuch nahi” – which translates to “Nothing is more important than the safety of the motherland.”
Directed by Kayoze Irani, the film marks his feature directorial debut under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

Reflecting on the project, Kayoze said, “’Sarzameen’ will always hold a special place in my heart—not only because it marks my first film as a director, but because it allowed me to tell a story that is both deeply personal and profoundly intense.”
He added: “Working with phenomenal artists like Prithviraj Sir, Kajol Ma’am and Ibrahim—each of whom brought such emotional depth and sincerity to their performances—has been an absolute privilege.”
