Asian Network Certified returns to Birmingham in November 2026
BBC Asian Network is set to bring its flagship live music night back to Birmingham, with Asian Network Certified returning to XOYO on Saturday 14 November. The event, which sold out in 2025, will run from 19:00 to 13:00 and marks the station’s latest push to anchor major live programming in its hometown.
The night will feature live DJ sets and surprise guests, with Asian Network talent appearing across the line‑up. DJs confirmed to perform include AJD, Dipps Bhamrah, DJ Limelight, DJ Manara, Kizzi, Mr. O and Panjabi Hit Squad, listed in alphabetical order. Additional guest artists, including a headline act, will be announced closer to the event.
Asian Network Certified showcases the breadth of Asian music championed on the station, spanning British Asian sounds, UK Garage, Punjabi Hip‑Hop, RnB and Bollywood‑driven sets. The format has become one of the network’s key live properties, designed to bring its on‑air identity directly to audiences.

After a fantastic sold‑out event at XOYO Birmingham last year, I’m really pleased to be returning to our hometown for another unforgettable night. Asian Network Certified showcases the sounds and DJs that are shaping culture right now, it’s something we do on air every day and we can’t wait to share it live with audiences once again.”
Tickets are now on sale for audiences aged 18 and over.
