Aaron Thiara to exit ‘EastEnders’ after four‑year run as Ravi Gulati
Aaron Thiara is set to exit ‘EastEnders’ after a four‑year run as Ravi Gulati, with industry sources confirming that the actor will depart the BBC One soap later this year. While the broadcaster has declined to comment, multiple outlets report that Thiara has informed producers of his decision, with scripts now being shaped to accommodate his departure.
Thiara is expected to remain on screen until the end of 2026 to complete ongoing storylines, including the fallout from recent family arcs involving the Panesars. His exit is understood to be driven by a desire to pursue new projects, with the production team planning a phased conclusion to Ravi’s narrative rather than an abrupt removal.
