ZEE TV will be axing ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’ next month and replacing it with new series ‘Guddan Tumse Na Ho Paayega’.

IWM Buzz reports that ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’ will be bidding adieu to viewers in the first week of September. The show has been embroiled in controversy after its leads Karan Vohra and Samiksha Jaiswal threatened to quit the show back in June. Instead of replacing the actors, the channel has decided to shut it down completely.

‘Guddan Tumse Na Ho Paayega’ helmed by Ved Raj, will be taking over its 20:00 slot (India) and 18:00 (UK). Incidentally, ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’ has proved a huge hit for ZEE TV in the UK. It has constantly been topping the charts on the channel.
