‘Heyy Babyy 2’ confirmed with shoot set to take place in Australia
Sajid Nadiadwala has set ‘Heyy Babyy 2’ into motion, confirming the sequel as the first project under a new three‑film production deal between Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Australia‑based TEMPL. The announcement was made during a meeting with New South Wales Premier Chris Minns at NGE’s Mumbai office, outlining Australia as the primary production base for the upcoming slate.
‘Heyy Babyy 2’ marks a return to Australia nearly two decades after the 2007 original, which was shot extensively across Sydney and Brisbane. The sequel is now in early development, with location planning and production logistics underway. Casting remains unannounced, with no confirmation yet on whether Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan or Vidya Balan will return.
