Vijay Varma & Priyanshu Painyuli to join cast of ‘Mirzapur’ second series?

With the first season on ‘Mirzapur’ (2018) gaining huge applause from the online streaming viewers of Amazon Prime Video, makers are already preparing for the second season of the action series. And word is Vijay Varma & Priyanshu Painyuli have been roped for the project this time.

Starring Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal, according to Box Office India, Varma & Painyuli will also play pivotal roles in the story, though there has yet to be an official announcement.

“Vijay has a double role in ‘Mirzapur 2’. You may be impressed by his good, but the other one remains spectacular,” a source was reported revealing.

They went on to add, “Post ‘Gully Boy’, the makers were highly impressed and decided to cast him as they feel he could be the perfect fit. And they’re more than happy with the decision.”
