Subhash Chandra questions NCLT process

Subhash Chandra has questioned NCLT’s handling of the insolvency proceedings against him, questioning both the process and the tribunal’s interpretation of his personal guarantees.

Chandra has stated that certain observations made during the hearings were “not in line with the facts placed on record”, and has described the tribunal’s reading of his guarantees as “incorrect and unfair.” His position centres on the claim that the financial exposure attributed to him has been misinterpreted, with key documents, according to him, not assessed in the proper context.

He maintains that the case has been driven by procedural inconsistencies and misapplied assumptions, despite his repeated assertion that he is willing to settle dues. Chandra’s public questioning of the tribunal’s approach has become a defining element of the dispute, adding pressure to an already high‑profile insolvency matter.
