Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra will be back together again, four years after their first film ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ (2014), for Ekta Kapoor and Sailesh R. Singh’s untitled next.

Reported on Mumbai Mirror, the pair will be heading off to Uttar Pradesh next week to commence shooting. A source says that the entire film will be made in Uttar Pradesh. “The entire film is set in Uttar Pradesh, where the first schedule will take off, and Bihar. In this film, Sidharth and Parineeti will be seen in desi avatars and the actors have already started prep for the film, which includes getting the Bihari accent right.”

Kapoor’s last film was the box office hit ‘Veere Di Wedding’ (2018), starring Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. In an interview back in May, Kapoor shared her thoughts about this next project with the publication, “That’s my Grease Lightening (a 1977 American biographical film of champion race driver Wendell Scott) in today’s times with Sid. Set in a small town of North India, it’s my most massy film.”

Recently Chopra completed ‘Namaste England’ with Arjun Kapoor, but will be off to prepare for her other film with Akshay Kumar, titled ‘Kesari’. Malhotra on the other hand is soon to start filming for a biopic based on the Kargil war hero Vikram Batra.
