Overnights: ‘Aangan’ on Hum TV takes No.1 spot amongst Urdu fictions

Hum TV’s newly launched show ‘Aangan’ proved a ratings winner in UK ratings on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The first episode of the epic period drama, was watched by 32,300 viewers at 20:00. It was not only the most watched show on Hum TV but also beat all Urdu fictions in the UK. The show peaked further 37,600 viewers tuning in during the course of the show.

Also on Hum TV, ‘Mere Khwab Reza Reza’ at 21:00 pulled in 23,600 viewers and ‘Bisaat-e-Dil’ repeat at 11:00 with 8,800 viewers.

Hum TV was also the No.1 Urdu channel beating all Urdu entertainment and news channels with a share of 0.06%, same as Geo TV.

Geo TV’s biggest attractions were ‘Mera Ghar Aur Ghadari’ at 21:00 with 23,700 viewers and ‘Baba Jani’ at 20:00 with 21,700 viewers.
