GTC Punjabi to broadcast daily Shabad Gurbani from Golden Temple, Amritsar
GTC Punjabi has confirmed that it will begin broadcasting daily Shabad Gurbani live from Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) in Amritsar.
From Thursday 6 August, the broadcaster will air live transmissions from the holy shrine each day from 03:15 to 07:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.
Since its launch, GTC Punjabi has rapidly established itself as a destination for premium Punjabi content, spanning news, fiction and reality programming. The addition of daily Shabad Gurbani from the Golden Temple is expected to further strengthen its schedule.

GTC Punjabi returns after being removed off Sky EPG
Until now, rival PTC Punjabi had been the sole UK broadcaster of Shabad Gurbani from the Golden Temple. The devotional slot has historically delivered strong ratings for PTC Punjabi, and GTC Punjabi will be hoping to replicate similar success.
GTC Punjabi is available on Sky channel 770.
