Five reasons to watch Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’

Diljit Dosanjh’s upcoming Punjabi film ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’ is creating much excitement amongst filmgoers ahead of its release on Wednesday 5th October.

Diljit Dosanjh & Sargun Mehta coming together
Undoubtedly, Diljit Dosanjh and Sargun Mehta are among the biggest actors in the Punjabi film industry. Recently, Mehta was seen in the blockbuster film ‘Saunkan Saunkne’. She was also a part of ‘Moh’. Now, Dosanjh and Mehta will be sharing screen space for the first time.

As well as the huge leads – Diljit Dosanjh and Sargun Mehta, the film has a very strong supporting cast with Pakistani actor Sohail Ahmad playing an integral part in the film.

Diljit Dosanjh is collaborating with Amarjit Singh Saron to produce this film after the success of ‘Honsla Rakh’. As well as playing the lead Jaggi in the film, Dosanjh also wore the producer’s hat in ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’.

As expected, Diljit Dosanjh is very particular about the execution of soundtracks for his films. Similarly for ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’, the album is riding high with songs like ‘Bachelor Party’ and ‘Koka’ and a number of other releases recently.

Dussehra celebration
The film was initially due to release at the end of September but was delayed slightly to coincide with the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. It is expected to take a huge start at the box office owing to Dosanjh and Mehta’s pull at the box office, as well as the Dussehra holiday in India.
