The first look of Rajkummar Rao in the Saurav Ganguly biopic ‘Dada’ has been unveiled, timed to coincide with Ganguly’s birthday.
The poster recreates one of Ganguly’s most iconic moments — waving his shirt in triumph at Lord’s in 2002 after India’s victory over England to secure the NatWest Trophy. It carries the line: “He didn’t just play the game, he changed it.”

The film is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and shot by Siddharth Diwan. ‘Dada’ is produced by Luv Ranjan and is scheduled for a theatrical release on 14 May 2027.
