Colors UK to air two Hotstar shows ‘The Legend of Hanuman’ & ‘Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar’

Colors is set to enhance its primetime schedule with the addition of two popular Hotstar original series, ‘The Legend of Hanuman’ and ‘Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar’, both of which will air daily in key evening slots.

‘The Legend of Hanuman’ is a visually striking and emotionally resonant animated series that chronicles the extraordinary journey of Lord Hanuman, from a humble vanara to one of the most revered warriors and devotees in Indian mythology. The series combines rich storytelling with cinematic animation, offering viewers a compelling retelling of a timeless epic. It will air from Monday 27 April at 17:30, broadcasting daily.

Joining the schedule shortly after is ‘Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar’, an intense romantic drama exploring themes of love, heartbreak and the rediscovery of self‑worth following betrayal. The narrative follows a young protagonist whose unconditional love is rejected, prompting a powerful personal transformation as they rise above emotional turmoil to reclaim their identity and dignity. With its blend of heightened emotion and aspirational storytelling, the series is expected to resonate strongly with younger audiences. It will air from Monday 4 May at 22:00, running daily for 14 days.
