Colors confirms telecast of Stardust Awards 2016

Colors has confirmed the telecast of its annual mega Bollywood event, Stardust Awards 2016.

The event, which was held in December, saw the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sridevi, Priyanka Chopra and Sonam Kapoor attend. The night hand performances by Salman Khan’s rumoured girlfriend, Iulia Vantur, amongst many others.

Stardust Awards 2016 saw Anushka Sharma walk away with the Best Actress award for her two roles in ‘Sultan’ and ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Meanwhile, ‘Neerja’ also won major gongs at the ceremony. After the Star Screen Awards earlier this month, Rekha once again took away the accolade for Lifetime Achievement Award.

Stardust Awards 2016 airs on Colors on Sunday 8th January 2017 at 19:00.
