YRF Talent appoints Zena Kotwal as Head of Management & Strategy

Yash Raj Films’ talent management arm, YRF Talent, has appointed industry veteran Zena Kotwal as its new Head of Management & Strategy, bolstering the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its talent representation business.

Kotwal brings more than 18 years of experience in talent management, including over a decade at leading management firm Matrix, where she worked closely with some of the industry’s most prominent names, including Vicky Kaushal, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar and Triptii Dimri.

Over the course of her career, Kotwal has played a significant role in guiding the careers of several successful artists, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor among talent, industry leaders and cultural influencers.
