Star Plus fictions to run seven days from this date

Star Plus has confirmed that it will be running its primetime fictions throughout the week from October.

BizAsiaLive.com can reveal that its flagship programming ‘Anupamaa’, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’, ‘Pandya Store’, ‘Rajjo’, ‘Anandibaa Aur Emily’, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’, ‘Banni Chow Home Delivery’ and ‘Imlie’ will switch from six days per week to seven days per week from Sunday 2nd October.

The strategy is temporary post the completion of ‘Ravivaar With Star Parivaar’, which ends this month. It is thought, Star Plus is planning to launch another reality show to fill its vacant Sunday night slot. Until then, the broadcaster is expecting its primetime fictions will be enough to hold on to audiences.
