Star Gold & JioHotstar confirm rights for ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’

JioStudios has sold the rights to its much‑anticipated release, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, to its sister companies Star Gold and JioHotstar.
This deal ensures that both instalments of the ‘Dhurandhar’ franchise will now air exclusively on Star Gold. The first film, however, had been licensed to Netflix for streaming. The second chapter, which arrives in cinemas on 19 March 2026, is scheduled to stream on JioHotstar in summer 2026.
‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ sees the return of Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Sanjay Dutt. The original ‘Dhurandhar’ became the biggest Hindi film in the history of Indian cinema, setting enormous expectations for its sequel.
