SRK to have bed rest for four days following surgery

Having been discharged from hospital today, after a much needed knee operation, mega star Shah Rukh Khan will have to have a full four days of bed rest before going back to any kind of activity.

Despite his current state, the actor was in very good spirits and thanked all his fans. “Do they do Frequent Fliers Miles in Hospitals? If yes, I would own some of the hospitals! Thx all for standing by me as I pray on my knees…” Khan said through social media site Twitter.

According to reports, the actor had been suffering from a painful swelling for a few months.
