SonyLIV extends international reach by launching on YouTube
Sony LIV, the premium Indian streaming platform from Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), today announced its partnership with YouTube TV and YouTube Primetime Channels to offer viewers the ability to subscribe to Sony LIV in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Sony LIV’s international expansion strategy, making its diverse and high-quality Indian entertainment content accessible to audiences directly within the YouTube ecosystem. Through this partnership, subscribers in these countries can now enjoy Sony LIV’s vast catalogue, including critically acclaimed originals like ‘Scam 1992’, ‘Maharani’, ‘Tanaav’, ‘Rocket Boys’, ‘Mayasabha’, and ‘The Hunt’, alongside an extensive library of blockbuster films and popular television shows.
With this integration into YouTube TV and YouTube Primetime Channels, Sony LIV aims to make discovery and access easier for the Indian diaspora and audiences seeking diverse entertainment experiences.
