Picturised on Anu Agarwal and Rahul Roy the emotions that both their characters were feeling could be felt through the vocals of both singers and the lyrics.

Paudwal even won the award for best female playback singer at the 36th Filmfare Awards for this song.

Once again the lyrics were written by Sameer and the music was composed by Anand-Milind. It is said that while all the songs were appreciated by the audience this song in particular became very popular. Amit Kumar sang for Salman Khan and Paudwal sang for Nagma who made her debut in this film. It was a fresh and lively love song that gained a lot of popularity quickly.

The start of the 90s was truly a great one in terms of music in Hindi cinema. Paudwal was given many gems to sing and this being one of them, which she sang with Udit Narayan. Not only was it a big turning point in the film but musically this song became a rage. In the film Madhuri Dixit Nene and Aamir Khan’s characters have changed the status of their relationship. From being enemies to falling in love and what a perfect song to express their feelings.

Even today this song is regarded as a classic and definitely on the list of greatest songs by Paudwal.

Paudwal had sung one song in ‘Jawani Zindabad’

Paudwal had only sung one song in this film but even so what a song. She sung for the actress Farah Naaz and Mohammad Aziz sang for Aamir Khan. Anand-Milind gave the music of the film. While this song didn’t break any records or gain any such popularity, it is a lovely song that deserves recognition for its beautiful vocals given by both artists.

Paudwal sang for the talented Madhuri Dixit in ‘Thanedaar’

At the time perhaps no one knew how big this song would become. Many years later this song would be remade and debates would be happening as to which version is better. Bappi Lahiri was the man behind this iconic number which he created the music for and sung in too. Lahiri sang for Sanjay Dutt and Paudwal sang for the talented Madhuri Dixit Nene who danced like a dream in this song.
