Sony TV & YouTube to broadcast live coverage of Screen Awards 2026

Sony TV has been confirmed as the official broadcast partner for the upcoming Screen Awards, which return this year after seven years. The ceremony, one of the industry’s most recognised celebrations of cinematic achievement, last took place in 2019.
The 2026 edition of the Screen Awards will be held in Mumbai on Sunday 5th April and will be telecast at 20:00 (India) across Sony TV, SonyLIV, and YouTube, ensuring wide accessibility for viewers in India and abroad.
The event will be hosted by Alia Bhatt, who will lead the evening’s proceedings and honour excellence across film categories.
