After eight successful web seasons and three hit films, the unconventional Bengali detective makes its television debut, bringing his unique brand of humour, wit, and clever problem-solving to a wider audience on Sony SAB.
Eken Babu follows Ekendra Sen (essayed by the celebrated Bengali film actor Anirban Chakrabarti), fondly called Eken Babu, a quirky, moody, and food-loving detective whose simple ways and peculiar habits often leave both criminals and companions baffled. Breaking away from the usual serious crime dramas, the show presents a fresh, light-hearted take on detective storytelling, proving that even an ordinary man can solve extraordinary mysteries.
